Tamil Nadu, in South India's sun-drenched southeast, is a land of vibrant traditions, temple towns, and deeply rooted food heritage. Its fertile plains and coastal stretches yield a rich harvest: rice, coconut, tamarind, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and an array of lentils and spices. Here, food is bold, soulful, and layered with warmth — often cooked with freshly ground masalas, tempered spices, and a deep respect for seasonal produce. Our menu brings a taste of that legacy, all plant-based, full of flavour.


🥥Chettinad Kurma 

Very different to a Korma you might find in your local. Tamil Kurma is lighter, no dairy, a little pepperier than its northern Korma. Freshly roasted and ground Chettinad masala, layered with coconut, subtle notes of jaggery and black pepper.

Moong lentils gently simmered with fresh spinach, tempered cumin seeds, and a touch of red chili.
