HYDERABAD - 15th & 16th Aug

HYDERABAD - 15th & 16th Aug

Welcome to Hyderabad! This is an exquisite plant-based menu that captures the essence of the city's royal heritage and its affection for nuanced flavors. We invite you to embark on a gastronomic journey that pays homage to the rich culinary traditions of the Nizams, reimagined for the contemporary vegan palate.

Mirchi Ka Salan

Our menu begins with the tantalizing Mirchi Ka Salan, a dish that perfectly embodies Hyderabad's love for bold flavors. This delicacy features large, mild chillies simmered in a creamy sauce made from sesame seeds, coconut, and peanuts, harmoniously blended with tamarind and a selection of traditional spices. Its like a delicious Indian satay, simply delicious!

Nawabi Dalcha

Next, we present the Nawabi Dalcha, a regal concoction that combines the heartiness of lentils with the robustness of seasonal vegetables. Cooked with aromatic spices, this dal stew is a testament to the Nawabi era's culinary sophistication. It's both nourishing and flavorsome, perfect for balancing the the other big flavours on the menu.

Paneer (of Tofu) Nizami

A dish that exemplifies the finesse of Hyderabadi cuisine. Saffron, cashews, and coconut  with Paneer or marinated Tofu, it's a dish that resonates with the opulence and grandeur of the Nizam's kitchens.

Bhagara Rice:

an aromatic basmati that's a staple in Hyderabadi households. Infused with Hyderabad Garam masala, black cardamom and royal jeera, bay leaf and clove this rice dish is a fragrant and comforting staple, ensuring every bite is laden with the traditional flavors of the region

Each dish on our menu is carefully crafted by Chef Kanthi to take you on a delightful journey through his home town's historic lanes, celebrating its legendary culinary legacy with a plant-based twist. Enjoy the warmth of these dishes as you relish the flavors of a Hyderabadi winter.
